What we do

Carpet Cleaning in Las Vegas

Carpet Cleaning

Truck-mount hot-water extraction on residential carpet across the valley. We pre-treat traffic lanes, set-in stains, and pet accidents, then extract at high pressure and pull the soil and water back out so the carpet dries in a few hours instead of a couple of days. Honest per-room or per-square-foot pricing with the actual number on the phone, not after the truck arrives.

Pet Stain & Odor Removal in Las Vegas

Pet Stain & Odor Removal

Cat and dog urine soaks into the carpet pad and the subfloor, and a surface clean rarely ends the smell. We test with UV blacklight, treat the pad and the affected backing with enzyme and oxidizing solutions, then extract. Older or set-in jobs sometimes need pad sub-section replacement; we tell you up front before any work.

Tile & Grout Cleaning in Las Vegas

Tile & Grout Cleaning

High-pressure rotary tile and grout cleaning that pulls embedded soil out of the grout lines, not just off the surface. We treat with alkaline pre-spray, agitate the grout, and extract at heat, then optionally color-seal so the grout stays clean longer. Best results on ceramic, porcelain, and most natural stone (we test first).

Upholstery Cleaning in Las Vegas

Upholstery Cleaning

Sofas, sectionals, recliners, and dining chairs cleaned with a fiber-appropriate method (hot-water extraction on synthetics, low-moisture on most natural fibers). We pre-test for color fastness, treat any stains and high-touch arms and headrests, then extract or solvent-clean depending on the fiber.

Where we dispatch

We cover Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas, Paradise, Spring Valley, and Summerlin, the full Las Vegas Valley service radius, about 30 miles from the central valley. The same crew that quotes the job is the crew that cleans, with a truck-mount unit hot enough to rinse out the embedded desert grit a portable rental cannot reach.

Frequently asked

How much does carpet cleaning cost in Las Vegas?

A standard three-room carpet cleaning usually runs $130 to $260, or about $0.35 to $0.55 per square foot for larger jobs. Pet stain treatment adds $50 to $150 per affected area. Tile and grout runs $0.75 to $1.50 per square foot. Sofa cleaning runs $90 to $180. We post real ranges so you can compare before anyone steps on your property.

How soon can you come out?

Most jobs schedule within the next day or two. We keep priority slots for water-damage incidents and active pet-accident calls. We give you a real arrival window when you book, and if anything changes we call rather than leave you waiting.

Are you insured? Nevada does not require a carpet cleaning license.

Correct - Nevada does not license carpet cleaners, which makes choosing a verifiable, insured provider more important than in a licensed trade. We carry general liability and bonding above industry minimums, and we share a certificate of insurance on request before any job.

Will you really get the pet urine out, or is the smell going to come back?

If the urine has soaked into the pad and the subfloor and been sitting, a surface clean alone will not end the smell. We test with UV blacklight, treat the pad and the affected backing with enzyme and oxidizing solutions, and extract. For heavy or older damage we sometimes need to replace a sub-section of pad; we tell you up front whether that is the right call before any work.

Hot-water extraction or encapsulation - what do you actually use?

Truck-mount hot-water extraction is our default for residential carpet because it pulls the soil and water back out instead of leaving residue. For commercial maintenance accounts where downtime matters, we use encapsulation for the frequent visits and periodic extraction for the restorative cleaning. We will tell you which fits your job.

How long until the carpet is dry?

You can walk on it lightly in clean socks within a couple of hours, replace furniture in 4 to 6 hours, and full dry is usually 6 to 12 hours depending on humidity and airflow. The valley’s low indoor humidity (around 25-35% in summer with AC running) helps dry times here run shorter than in coastal or humid metros.
